Vijay Singh

Vijay Singh is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager - HR at ALLEN since September 2024, Vijay previously worked as HR Business Partner at Livguard from December 2021 to September 2024. Prior to that role, Vijay was employed at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited as HRBP - North, where responsibilities included developing people strategies for a workforce of over 400 employees. Vijay's career began at Havells India Ltd as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and also included a position as a Recruitment Consultant at Korn Ferry Futurestep. Vijay holds an MBA in Human Services from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a graduation degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Delhi University.
