Luke Allen

Luke Allen is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in the defense and robotics sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Allen Control Systems since June 2022, Luke focuses on advancing defense technologies for drone warfare. Prior to this role, Luke held key positions including Staff Software Engineer at DoorDash and CTO at Bbot, a startup acquired by DoorDash. With a strong background in machine learning gained during a tenure as a Machine Learning Engineer at Tachyus, Luke also developed games for Android under Luke Allen Games. An educational foundation in computer science was established with a Master’s Degree from Stanford University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Naval Reactors Engineer for the US Navy, where Luke managed critical projects and safety systems for nuclear reactors.
