Rajnish Kumar

Rajnish Kumar is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at ALLEN Digital since April 2023, Rajnish previously held the position of Engineering Manager at CRED from January 2022 to April 2023, overseeing a team of 18+ engineers and focusing on the Store & Travel Engineering charter. Rajnish's accomplishments at CRED include developing initiatives in travel booking experiences and in-store engagement through gamification. Prior to CRED, Rajnish contributed to Flipkart in various engineering capacities from November 2015 to January 2022, and gained foundational experience at Oracle India and CA Technologies. Rajnish holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
