Kaleal Snyder is an experienced operations manager currently working at Allen Distribution since October 2022. Previously, Kaleal held the position of fleet leader at Costco Wholesale from October 2020 to October 2022. Before that, Kaleal worked at Swift Transportation from November 2013 to October 2020, progressing from planner to driver manager and finally to on-site leader, managing a team of driver managers and overseeing a fleet of up to 80 drivers.
