Eric Guerin

Eric Guerin has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in real estate and riparian rights litigation. Eric currently holds the position of Vice President and General Counsel at Allen Edwin Homes since October 2019. Prior to this, Eric was a senior partner at Varnum LLP for over 28 years. Eric also served as a Member of the Kalamazoo County Metropolitan Planning Commission and Vice-Chair of the Planning Commission for the City of Portage, MI. Eric holds a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and a B.A. from Michigan State University, James Madison College.
