Chris Woods has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chris is currently working as the SVP of Growth at Allen & Gerritsen since August 2022. Prior to this, they founded their own company called Upward Trajectory in January 2022 and also served as a Mentor at SEED SPOT during the same time. In 2021, Chris worked as an Admissions Advisor at Ron Burton Training Village.

Their previous roles include Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at LeadingResponse from October 2020 to December 2021, where they exceeded revenue targets and earned exceptional performance ratings. Before that, they were the Global Chief Revenue Officer at Pixability from April 2019 to October 2020, leading the company's growth and profitability.

In 2016, Chris founded Badass & Brainy, a company they managed until September 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Growth Officer at Allen & Gerritsen from November 2015 to April 2019. During their tenure, they played a key role in driving new business revenue growth. Chris also served as the Global Chief Revenue Officer at Visible Measures (acquired by AcuityAds) from May 2014 to November 2015, where they successfully turned around the company. They hold an MBA degree in Marketing & Management from NYU Stern School of Business. Furthermore, Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College. In addition to their formal education, Chris has obtained certifications such as Xooglers for Good from Grapevine and Google Ads Video Certification from Google.
