Diana Gustavsen

Diana Gustavsen has a wide range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Diana is currently employed as a Sr Director of Technology at Allen & Gerritsen since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Putnam Investments from 2015 to 2021, holding various roles including Manager, End User Computing, Team Lead, End User Computing, Technical Expert, Mac Engineering, and Desktop Support Specialist. At Apple, they worked from 2011 to 2015, first as a Mac Genius, then as a Genius Admin, and finally as a BOH Inventory Specialist. Diana also has experience working at the LEGO Group as an Assistant Manager Retail Operations, Store Manager, and Assistant Store Manager from 2003 to 2010. Diana started their career at Target as an Executive Team Leader - Guest Service in 2003. Prior to that, they worked at Apple Retail in various roles including Keyholder, Inventory Control Specialist, and Mac Specialist from 2001 to 2003. Diana began their career as a Graphic Designer at M/I Home in 2000 and at The State News from 1999 to 2000. Diana also had a graphic design internship at SKM Marketing from 1996 to 1999.

Diana Gustavsen graduated from Michigan State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Advertising/Graphic Design. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: "Asana Ambassador" and "Asana for Admins" from Asana in July 2022, "Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator: Windows 10 (MD-100)" and "Microsoft Managing Modern Desktops (MD-101)" from Microsoft in November 2020 and September 2020 respectively, "Fostering Inclusion and Diversity" from Yale School of Management in August 2018, "Leading Innovative Change" from UC Berkeley Executive Education in April 2018, "Building and Leading Effective Teams" from Columbia Business School in August 2017, "Certified Casper Administrator (CCA)" and "Certified Casper Technician (CCT)" from Jamf in December 2016 and February 2016 respectively, "Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT)" from Apple in August 2013, and "Apple Certified Mobile Technician" from Apple in February 2012.
