Christina Jarvis

Christina Jarvis is an experienced events and program coordinator with a strong background in outreach and environmental education. Currently serving as Events Specialist II at the Allen Institute since July 2023, Christina previously worked as an Operations Coordinator at Variant Bio and held multiple roles at the Allen Institute, including Event Coordinator. Christina's experience at the University of Washington involved leading programs for the Northwest Earth and Space Sciences Pipeline, where direct supervision of outreach teams and coordination of K-12 STEM curriculum development were key responsibilities. Further experience includes teaching naturalist programs at Nature Vision and serving as Outreach & Education Lead for the City of Auburn's Environmental Services Division, where communication and outreach strategies were established. Christina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Washington and has contributed to numerous educational and public outreach initiatives throughout a diverse career.
