Jessica Sandoval

As Director, Human Resources and Benefits, at Allen Matkins, Jessica is responsible for human resources practices and initiatives across the firm, including policy, compliance, benefits, and payroll. She oversees all aspects of the employee life cycle, employee relations, performance management, and employee welfare benefits, including health and retirement plans.

Through her forward thinking and leadership, Jessica successfully established the Human Resources department in 2017. She continuously works with firm management to develop and implement strong policies and procedures, which align with the strategic goals of the firm.

Jessica holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from California State University, San Bernardino. Jessica also earned her HR certification, and is recognized as a SHRM Certified Professional.
