Kathryn Garcin

Kathryn (Kit) Garcin is a Senior Counsel at Allen Matkins, with a strong background in corporate law since February 2019. Previously, Kathryn served as a Litigation Associate at Covington & Burling from October 2013 to February 2019, representing clients in complex technological disputes, and held positions as a Summer Associate and Law Clerk within the same firm. Initial legal experience included a Law Clerk role at the Law Office of Dean A. Goetz. Kathryn earned an LLM in Taxation and a J.D. (Cum Laude, Order of the Coif) with a concentration in Business and Corporate Law from the University of San Diego School of Law (2010-2013) and an M.A. (Honours) in International Relations and Mathematics from the University of St Andrews (2006-2010).
