Julia Kukiełko

Julia Kukiełko is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in candidate screening, searching, and management. Currently serving as a Lead Recruitment Consultant at Allen Recruitment Consulting since June 2021, Julia has progressed through multiple roles, demonstrating expertise in high-volume interviews and tailored candidate sourcing for European vacancies. Prior to this, Julia managed over 20 Erasmus+ mobility projects as Project Manager & Coordinator at Espamob', and supported the Talent Acquisition Team in recruiting students at IES Consulting. Julia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business with a focus on Human Resources from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, a Master’s Degree in English Language, Literature Studies & Translation from Uniwersytet SWPS, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication and English Philology from Vistula University.
