Lisa Kozaris

Lisa Kozaris is the Chief Innovation and Legal Solutions Officer at Allens, a position held since June 2009, where responsibility includes developing and implementing the vision for the Integrated Legal Solutions practice. This encompasses legal technology, managed review, and paralegal teams, as well as leading specialized offerings like Arrow and Arrow direct, which provide data analysis and document review solutions for various legal matters. With a background that includes roles such as Manager of Applied Legal Technology at Allens and contributions to the EDRM DupID Project, Lisa brings extensive experience from previous positions at Law In Order, Denton Wilde Sapte, and MinterEllison. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and has a strong foundation in business development and project services.
