Saija Ilvonen has extensive experience in the marketing and development sectors, currently serving as Development Manager and CRM Manager at Aller Media Oy in Finland since May 1992, focusing on customer loyalty through various marketing channels, product pricing, invoicing, loyalty marketing campaigns, and KPI measurement. Previously, Saija held the position of Marketing Manager, overseeing customer relations for a rapidly growing Nordic media company. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager for direct marketing at Yves Rocher Finlande Oy from December 1989 to May 1992. Saija holds a Master of Science in Economics, specializing in International Marketing from Helsingin Kauppakorkeakoulu and completed the Matriculation examination at Lauttasaaren Yhteiskoulu.
