Claire Weston

Claire Weston has extensive experience in the medical and healthcare industry. Claire began their career at KCI Medical Ltd as a Clinical Marketing Manager, where they focused on clinical research, evidence messaging, health economics, reimbursement, and KOL development and education. Claire later transitioned to a role at KCI Medical as a Manager in LifeCell Medical Marketing for the EMEA region. During this time, they developed and managed surgical educational programs and coached faculty. Claire then joined LifeCell EMEA Ltd as a Senior Manager in Clinical Marketing, where they continued to design and manage surgical educational programs for Europe.

Claire later joined Acelity, where they held multiple roles. As the Senior Manager in Scientific Affairs for Regenerative Medicine, they were responsible for KOL identification and engagement in clinical projects. Claire also served as the Director of Scientific Education, where they developed medical education programs and managed faculty and KOL relationships.

After their time at Acelity, Claire joined Allergan as the Associate Director of International Medical Education. Claire then became the Director of Allergan Medical Institute, where they focused on clinical specialist development and plastic surgery. Claire later moved to AbbVie as the Director of Allergan Medical Institute, Clinical Specialist Development & Plastic Surgery. Claire currently holds the position of Head of Clinical Facilitation & Digital Deployment at AMI International for Allergan Aesthetics.

Throughout their career, Claire has demonstrated their expertise in scientific and clinical education, program development, faculty management, and KOL engagement.

Claire Weston completed their education at Kingston & Esher School of Nursing from 1985 to 1988, obtaining an RN Part 1 degree in Nursing. Prior to that, they attended Newquay Tretherras in Cornwall from 1978 to 1985, where they completed their GCSEs. In addition to their formal education, Claire obtained a certification in Executive Mini MBA Accelerator from In Professional Development (InPD) in 2022.
