Sandra Yap

Sandra Yap, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Head of Business Excellence at Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company, since February 2025. Prior to this role, Sandra held multiple senior positions at Medcan, including Vice President of Finance and Business Analytics and Vice President of Business Operations & Transformation from September 2021 to February 2025. Sandra's experience also includes serving as Director of Global Sales Operations and Director of Strategic Initiatives in Global Business Operations at Ceridian from September 2019 to August 2021. Earlier in the career, Sandra worked at Bayer Pharmaceuticals for over a decade, progressing from Business Analyst to Senior Manager in Operations and Analytics. Starting in the finance field, Sandra served as Controller at the Global Price Office Network from May 2004 to May 2007. Educational qualifications include a CPA designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting from the University of Toronto - St. George.
