Rebecca Ashton

Rebecca Ashton's work experience begins with their current role as a Scientific Specialist and IP Strategy Lead at Allergy Therapeutics, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at IP Pragmatics Ltd from 2015 to 2022, holding positions such as Senior Consultant, Technology Transfer Consultant, and Junior Technology Transfer Consultant. At IP Pragmatics Ltd, they gained extensive experience in intellectual property analysis and market assessment, including tasks such as patent landscaping, IP due diligence, IP audits, patent portfolio reviews, technology scouting, partner identification, and IP searching. Rebecca also had additional responsibilities in market assessment, business development, and technology commercialization support. Before joining IP Pragmatics Ltd, Rebecca was a Senior Member at the University of London from 2014 to 2015, and they began their career as a Communications and Engagement Intern at The Francis Crick Institute in 2013.

Rebecca Ashton completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biochemistry at UCL from 2011 to 2014. Rebecca then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management of Intellectual Property at Queen Mary University of London from 2014 to 2015.
