Richard Bradford MCIPS has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Starting in 2013, they worked at Welland Medical Ltd as a Senior Buyer, where they mentored and developed team members and took on responsibility for inventory management. In 2021, they joined Brightwell Dispensers Ltd as the Group Procurement & Operations Manager, where they led a team of 6 reports and was responsible for procurement strategy and operations systems across multiple manufacturing sites and global subsidiaries. Currently, they are a Procurement Lead at Allergy Therapeutics, where they are a part of the Senior Leadership Team and directs the procurement function, establishing and delivering the strategic procurement plan.

Richard Bradford MCIPS has a solid educational background in the field of Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management. In 2018, they completed a Level 4 Diploma at CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply. The following year, in 2019, they pursued further education and obtained a Level 5 Advanced Diploma from the same institution. In 2020, Richard achieved the highest level of professional qualification in their field by completing a Level 6 Professional Diploma at CIPS. Additionally, they obtained a certification from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply in August 2020.
