Annie Rome

Annie Rome has a diverse range of work experience spanning different roles and industries.

Annie started their career as a Customer Service Agent while studying at Arizona State University. Annie then worked as a Web Content Specialist and later as a Business Intelligence Analyst in the university's Analytics and Data Services department.

After graduating, Annie joined The Hackett Group as a Business Intelligence Consultant, where they worked with clients in the retail and meat production industries. Their responsibilities included creating Tableau dashboards, managing user reports, and designing data sources.

Annie then moved on to Freedom Financial Network, where they worked as an Enterprise Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, they supported leadership stakeholders and designed executive dashboards for key products. Annie also created data models and reports for collections metrics.

Their next position was at TPI Composites, Inc., where Annie held two roles. As a Global Compensation Analyst, they worked with HRIS systems to update compensation data and determine competitive compensation ranges. As an HR Business Analyst, they provided functional and technical support to the HR department and assisted in change management for Oracle Cloud platforms.

Currently, Annie is working as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Alleviate Financial Solutions. The details of their responsibilities in this role are not provided.

Annie Rome has a diverse educational background and has acquired several certifications. Annie completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Business Analytics at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the same institution, majoring in both Business Data Analytics (B.S.) and Business Sustainability (B.A.). Annie also earned a Certificate in Special Events Management from the ASU Watts College of Public Service & Community Solutions in 2016-2017.

In addition to their formal education, Annie has obtained various certifications. In October 2022, they obtained the certification for "Market Pricing: Conducting a Competitive Pay Analysis" from WorldatWork. Annie also holds a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from CorePower Yoga, obtained in May 2019. Furthermore, Annie achieved a Certificate in Enterprise Analytics from The Hackett Group in June 2018. Lastly, they became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner through Amazon Web Services in September 2018.
