Andrea Santoni

Andrea Santoni is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-profile kitchen environments. Currently serving as the Senior Pizza Chef at Alley Cats Pizza since February 2024, Santoni has previously held the position of Chef at Chiltern Firehouse from July 2022 to March 2024, and was the Head Chef at Macellaio RC and Yummy Pubs. Serving as Head Chef at Frontier pub for four years prior, Santoni's career also includes roles as a Chef at Cafe Amisha and Benugo, along with experience at rocca di papa. Prior to culinary roles, Santoni managed Stop and go Bar eni for nearly nine years and worked in private security as a Guardia Giurata at Eliseo Vigilanza. Santoni's culinary education was obtained at Alberghiero A. Saffi, culminating in a degree in commis di cucina in 1997.
