Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Damian founded and led Mindshare Labs, Inc., a software startup specializing in WordPress, NodeJS, and mobile development, from January 2006 to August 2017. Damian successfully managed the agency for over ten years, handling projects worth millions of dollars before eventually selling the company.

Damian has also held roles as a Multimedia Specialist at Central New Mexico Community College from August 2004 to August 2006, a Continuing Ed. Instructor at The University of New Mexico from August 2005 to May 2006, and a Web Production Manager at St. John's College from August 2003 to August 2004.

In the earlier stages of their career, Damian worked as an IT Consultant at Multimedia Engineering from January 1999 to August 2002.
