Shawn Noga

Shawn Noga is a seasoned quality and program manager with extensive experience in both the military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Allflex Livestock Intelligence North America since December 2021, Shawn directs a team focused on quality assurance and process improvement. Prior to this role, Shawn dedicated over 16 years to the US Navy, holding various program management positions within aviation maintenance, where responsibilities included leading teams, developing policies, and ensuring compliance across numerous units. Previous experience also includes supervisory roles at United Airlines, where management of ramp operations was key. Shawn holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Ohio University.
