Tania Ottebrink

Tania Ottebrink has extensive work experience in regulatory affairs and product compliance. Tania is currently working at Allgon Group as the Manager of Product Compliance & QESG, where they support the development and maintenance of Allgon's strategic and operative ESG initiatives and management system. Tania also sets directives and ensures product compliance requirements are met. Before joining Allgon Group, Tania worked at Tele Radio Group as the Manager of Product Compliance & Quality Environmental Management Systems, where they monitored legislation and standards related to products and supported relevant stakeholders. Tania also served as a Certification & Compliance Specialist, monitoring regulations and standards and representing Tele-Radio at technical committees. Prior to that, Tania worked at Volvo Cars as an Automotive Regulatory Expert and Legal Requirements Specialist, where they monitored technical requirements and regulations related to wireless communications and connected services. Tania also represented Volvo in national and international rulemaking bodies and trade organizations. Tania has also worked at Ascom Wireless Solutions, where they held various roles including IPR Manager, Manager of Regulatory Affairs, Manager of Regulatory & IP, Manager of Product Configuration & Conformity, and Regulatory/Product Certification Manager. Tania was responsible for ensuring regulatory conformity and compliance in areas such as product safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and environmental compliance. Tania began their career as a public servant at the Rio de Janeiro State Secretariat of Justice and Home Affairs. Tania also worked as an electrical engineer at W. Salengue Engenharia Ltda and as a trainee engineer at IESA - Internacional de Engenharia S.A.

Tania Ottebrink has a diverse education history. In 1986, they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Power Engineering from The Federal Center for Technological Education of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.

Moving forward, in 1999, Tania earned a Certificate in Data and Telecommunications from Algoritm Data AB (Chalmers Lindholmen) in Gothenburg, Sweden. This certificate is equivalent to 40 academic credits.

In 2009, they pursued further studies in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, earning a certificate from Cordovan Performance in Gothenburg, Sweden. This program lasted until 2010.

To enhance their knowledge and skills, Tania enrolled in a Lean Product Development program at Chalmers Professional Education in Gothenburg, Sweden in 2011. This program granted their a Certificate, equivalent to 7.5 academic credits.

Apart from their formal education, Tania Ottebrink also obtained a certification in Foundations of Programming: Fundamentals from LinkedIn in March 2017.
