Kristin E. Cordes

Kristin E. Cordes is a Vice President at Alliance Shareholder Communications, where Kristin E. has been employed since January 2011, overseeing the Shareholder Asset Recovery Group. Kristin is responsible for managing client processes, including document creation, processing and reporting of shareholder claims, and implementing strategic outreach programs to enhance participation. In addition, Kristin communicates with transfer agents and ensures compliance with SEC regulations. Prior to this role, Kristin worked at The Altman Group in Asset Reunification from August 2008 to January 2011. Kristin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Montclair State University, graduating in 2009.
