Fiona Dixon

Fiona Dixon is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in regulatory change and client servicing. Currently serving as Vice President at State Street since October 2025, Fiona previously held the position of VP Head of Regulatory Change Portfolio at International Financial Data Services (IFDS) Europe from November 2019 to October 2025, where responsibility included leading regulatory project delivery and managing teams in Luxembourg and Poland. Prior to this role, Fiona transitioned from operational roles to project management within IFDS Europe between February 2012 and February 2019, focusing on regulatory change for client servicing. Fiona's career began at State Street from February 2000 to February 2012 as Client Servicing Manager in Transfer Agency Operations, and earlier at Deutsche Bank from February 1997 to February 2000, specializing in incident and release management for fund accounting systems. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with First Class Honours from University College Dublin, awarded in 1992.
