Alaaeddine Sahibi

Alaaeddine Sahibi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic transactions, and securities law. Serving as Vice President at Herbalife from December 2018 to March 2025, Alaaeddine held roles including Sr. Director of Strategic Transactions and Governance and Senior Advisor for Corporate Governance and Commercial Transactions.
