Senaida Sabala-Rakers has a diverse range of work experience in the banking industry. In their most recent role as an Association Financial Partners / Vice President at Alliance Association Bank, they specialized in HOA banking in the Greater San Diego Area. Senaida established and maintained customer relationships by providing a variety of financial services to the community and timeshare industries. Prior to that, they worked at CommerceWest Bank as an AVP/Commercial Business Officer, where they developed new profitable banking relationships and served the needs of various clients in different industries. Senaida also worked as an Assistant Banking Center Manager at Comerica Bank, providing direction and leadership to banking center employees and utilizing their knowledge of retail and business banking products and services to sell loans and obtain deposits. Additionally, they served as an AVP/Relationship Manager at Pacific Western Bank, where they proactively grew and managed a portfolio of loan and deposit relationships. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Operation Manager/Relationship Manager at 1st Centennial Bank/First California Bank, engaging in business development and customer retention activities in the HOA industry. Senaida started their career as an Office Manager at Sears Roebuck. Senaida Sabala-Rakers obtained their Associate's degree in Psychology & Spanish from the Community College of Southern Nevada. Afterward, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Palomar College.
