Melissa Seal

Melissa Seal began their career at Flowserve Corporation in March 2000 as a Coordinator. melissa then transitioned to EBI, a Sterling company, in April 2005 where melissa held the position of Public Records Specialist until February 2023. Currently, melissa works as an Operations Specialist at Alliance Background since February 2023. Melissa has extensive experience in managing communication with team members, internal departments, and clients to ensure satisfaction and compliance with FCRA regulations in the background screening industry.
