Tim Bowlin

Tim Bowlin is currently the Vice President of Real Estate Lending at Alliance Bank since May 2020. Prior to their current role, Tim served as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Deerwood Bank from April 2017 to May 2020. With a background in home mortgage consulting and auto finance underwriting at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from January 1998 to April 2017, Tim specializes in various loan products including purchase money 2nd mortgages, home equity loans, bridge loans, construction loans, and renovation home equity lines. Tim also collaborates with 1st position Loan Officers in their partnerships.
