Previously, Reddick-Holmes was the Human Resources Manager and Owner of Total Image Unisex Beauty Salon from March 2016 to October 2022, during which a successful business was built from the ground up. From February 2005 to March 2016, Reddick-Holmes held the position of Manager of Safety and Security Services at Hahnemann University Hospital, demonstrating effective leadership in hospital security and patient services.
