Bridget Bones

Bridget Bones is an experienced leader in strategic initiatives within the educational sector, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools since September 2019, where successful implementation of the Workday platform was managed for over 1500 staff members. Prior roles include Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Alliance, overseeing performance review systems and compensation structures, and positions at Teach Plus as California Program Manager and Program Coordinator, focused on teacher leadership development and policy influence. Additionally, Bridget has experience as a Fellow in Public Affairs with Coro Southern California, Research Fellow at the University of Arkansas, Corps Member for Teach For America in the Mississippi Delta, and was involved in various academic roles at UC Berkeley and the United States Senate. Bridget holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
