Kevin Barton

Kevin Barton serves as the Director of HR Strategic Initiatives at Zoetis since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources across various organizations. Previously, Barton held the position of People and Culture Transformation Program Director and Human Resources Director at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare from September 2016 to June 2023. Prior experience includes Human Resources Manager at Evergreen Packaging, Human Resources Director at Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Buffalo, Inc., and roles at General Motors, including Labor Supervisor and Hourly Employment Supervisor. Barton holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Austin College.
