Shannon Hampton

Shannon Hampton has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools since March 2015. Prior roles at the same organization include Human Resources Operations Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Assistant, where responsibilities included providing administrative support, managing HR records, compiling reports, and coordinating office events. Prior to this, Shannon worked as a Human Resources Assistant at the Bureau of Land Management from June 2013 to November 2014, and previously from June 2009 to April 2013. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Illustration/Applied Design from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, earned between 2008 and 2013.
