Mark Pettie

Mark Pettie serves as the Non-executive Board Chairman and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Alliance Consumer Group since 2024, leading a $215M+ private equity-backed company in the premium branded lighting and hand-tool markets. In addition, Mark is an Independent Director at Bear Down Brands and Webster Bank, the latter being a regional bank with over $80B in assets. Mark founded Blackthorne Associates, providing strategic advisory services based on 30 years of board and executive experience. Previous roles include leadership positions at Darigold, Gehl Foods, and Plano Synergy, as well as serving as Chairman and CEO of Prestige Brands. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.
