Erik Eppers has a vast and diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erik started their career in the US Air Force, where they served as a Program Manager and Project Acquisition Officer, overseeing Department of Defense contracts. After leaving the military, they joined AT&T, where they held multiple managerial positions in Project Management, Network Engineering, and Planning. Erik played a key role in expanding the AT&T fiber-optic network and implementing new technologies.

In 1998, Erik moved to Nortel Networks, where they served as the Director of Technical Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Erik successfully drove new annual revenues from global and North American operators, exceeding $300 million.

After Nortel, Erik worked at Atlanta Freenet, where they led business development efforts, directed product development and marketing/sales, and built relationships with key stakeholders in new media initiatives.

Following their time at Atlanta Freenet, Erik joined Nokia Siemens Networks, initially as the Director of the Program Management Office (PMO), responsible for establishing standard implementation practices and leading a team in the implementation of nationwide programs. Erik later served as the Director of Customer Operations in Canada, where they delivered two national 3G+ All-IP networks for key customers and led multidisciplinary teams.

Erik's next role was at Alliance Corporation, where they served as the VP of Sales for Wireless Infrastructure, Carrier & OEM. Erik led the sales team in supporting wireless business with Tier-1 carriers and OEM customers, resulting in a significant improvement in sales.
