Amber Cook has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, with a strong focus on compliance and supervision. Amber started their career at American State Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager in 2000 and later joined PlainsCapital Bank as a Banking Officer/ Supervisor in 2005. In 2014, Cook moved to Alliance Credit Union Texas, where they currently hold the position of Vice President, Compliance CUCE, BSACS. Throughout their career, Cook has demonstrated expertise in managing compliance and ensuring regulatory adherence within the banking sector.
Amber Cook obtained their Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education (BSOE) in the field of Business from Wayland Baptist University, where they attended from 2005 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Education (M.Ed.) from the same university, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010.
