Don Gratton

Don Gratton is a seasoned IT and operations leader with extensive experience in managing technology services and organizational operations. Currently serving as Service Desk Manager at Alliance Defending Freedom since April 2024, Don previously held the position of Account Manager at Weston Technology Solutions and Sr. Manager of IT Tech Services at World Vision from 2011 to 2023, where key responsibilities included IT strategy execution and vendor management for over 1,200 users. Don's prior experience includes directing operations at Overcomer Covenant Church, overseeing all aspects for a congregation of over 1,500 members, and extensive roles in Windows systems administration and strategic growth planning at New Horizon Christian Center.
