Matt Bowman

Matt Bowman currently holds the position of Senior Counsel on the Regulatory Practice Team at Alliance Defending Freedom since December 2020. Matt is also a Lecturer at The Busch School of Business, teaching Government Regulation of Business at the Catholic University of America. Prior to these roles, Matt served as a Principal Advisor to the Director at the Office for Civil Rights, Department of Health and Human Services. Matt has a background in law, having worked as a Deputy General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and as a Senior Counsel at Alliance Defending Freedom. Matt has also worked as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and has a Juris Doctor degree from Ave Maria School of Law.
