Carlos Franca

Carlos Franca has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Carlos began their career in 1993 as a Consultant at Andersen Consulting. Carlos then worked as a Consultant/Senior Consultant at Gemini Consulting from 1994 to 1997.

From 1997 to 2011, Carlos worked at Microsoft, holding various roles in different countries. Carlos started as a Vendor Account Manager/Supply Account Manager in Brazil and gradually moved up the ranks, serving as a Forecast Analyst for the US and Canada, Order Management Manager for Latin America, Channel Operations Manager for Latin America, and Director of Small and Medium Business Operations for Latin America. Finally, they served as the Director of Partner & Field Operations for Latin America from 2008 to 2011.

Since 2011, Carlos has worked at Alliance Entertainment. Carlos initially served as the Senior Director of eCommerce Services before being promoted to the role of Vice President of eCommerce Sales and Operations in 2014, a position they currently hold.

Carlos Franca studied at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1988 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering.
