Tom Sims has worked in various sales and management roles throughout their career. Tom started their career at Anderson Merchandisers in 1992, where they served as a Set Crew Associate, Dedicated Merchandiser, Department Manager, Systems Analyst, and Music Analyst. During their time at Anderson Merchandisers, they were responsible for increasing sales and profitability in the video category at Walmart stores.

In 2004, Tom joined UMGD / Vivendi Entertainment as a Sales Director. Tom played a crucial role in the placement and sales growth of UMGD's DVD products in mass merchant, club, and specialty market accounts such as Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco, and Tower Records. Tom'sinnovative ideas and solid rapport with buyers and marketing teams led to double-digit sales increases in all accounts year after year.

In 2008, they became the Senior Director of National Accounts at Vivendi Entertainment, responsible for the placement and sales growth of UMGD's DVD product in major accounts such as Walmart, Sam's Club, and Hastings Entertainment. Tom also led a sales team that represented Vivendi Entertainment in several retail stores.

From 2010 to 2014, Tom served as the VP Corporate Development at Allegro Media Group / Softland International. Tom focused on the growth of DVD, Blu-ray, and digitally distributed content, managing studio/account relationships, and coordinating sales initiatives. Tom achieved a remarkable 980% growth in overall sales with licensed video content during their tenure.

Tom then joined Hannover House in 2014 as the VP of Sales. Hannover House is a full-service media company specializing in the production and distribution of feature films. During their time there, they concentrated on the production and distribution of DVDs for the North American retail marketplace.

In 2018, Tom took on the role of Director of Sales at Mill Creek Entertainment, where they were responsible for sales initiatives and managing the sales team. Later that year, they joined Alliance Entertainment as the Sr Director of Sales.

Throughout their career, Tom Sims has demonstrated a strong track record in sales and account management, consistently achieving sales growth and building successful relationships with clients.
