Post-secondary Program Manager at Alliance for Refugee Youth Support and Education

Dakota R. Rottino-Garilli, LSW, serves as the Post-Secondary Program Manager at the Alliance for Refugee Youth Support and Education since November 2024 and has been an Equity and Inclusion Consultant through Mx. Garilli's Workshops and Consulting since October 2016, focusing on professional development in gender inclusivity, LGBTQ+ youth support, and creative arts for social justice. Previous roles include Lead School-Based Behavioral Health Therapist at Wesley Family Services, Heinz Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh School of Education, and Training Facilitator for The Mentoring Partnership of Southwestern PA. Dakota holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Chatham University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English, graduating Summa Cum Laude from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
