Sara Blumenfrucht

Sara Blumenfrucht has a diverse work experience background spanning various roles and industries. Sara recently worked at the Alliance for Safety and Justice as the Director of People Operations, where they played a vital role in advancing policy reforms to reduce incarceration rates and address racial disparities in the criminal justice system. Prior to that, they held positions at Education Outside and Rockwood Leadership Institute, focusing on human resources management and professional development. Sara also held leadership positions at City Year, where they managed talent acquisition, onboarding, and staff development for an education non-profit organization. Sara has experience in data entry and has worked as a lead teacher at Kidville.
