Kah Ying Lee is an accomplished geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as an Associate Geotechnical Engineer and Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Alliance Geotechnical since November 2018, contributing to significant projects such as the M12 Motorway West and the Western Sydney Airport. Previously, Kah held roles at Geotesta, Beca, Arcadis, SMEC, and Coffey, where responsibilities included site inspections, geotechnical analysis, design recommendations, and project management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering Science from Monash University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Tasmania, complemented by a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Islamia College Peshawar. Notable achievements throughout Kah's career include developing cost-effective bridge designs and establishing project control databases to enhance efficiency.
