Ninushi Rathnayaka

Ninushi Rathnayaka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics, supply chain management, and product development. Currently serving as Logistics Team Lead at Alliance Group Limited since November 2021, Ninushi has previously held roles such as Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator within the same organization, Buyers Assistant at H & J Smith Ltd, and Business Manager at both RM Holdings [PVT] LTD and Rusalu Clothing [PVT] LTD. Ninushi's expertise includes overseeing sales and development teams, managing product development processes, sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring customer account management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Applied Management from Southern Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's in Management Studies from Open University of Sri Lanka.
