Jen Carter is an experienced professional in organizational development and change management, currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at Alliance Health since May 2017. Prior to this role, Jen held the position of Manager, Development & Engagement in Human Resources at AICPA from August 2009 to May 2017 and worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals from April 2007 to July 2009. Educationally, Jen holds a Master of Arts and an M.B.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and HR Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Longwood University.
