Nadiya Kaesemeyer, MD, FAPA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nadiya started their career in 1996 as an Internal Medicine Physician at the Outpatient Polyclinic of Builders Mykolaiv, Clinical Hospital #9 Donetsk. In 1998, they transitioned to Cardiology and worked as a Cardiologist at Clinical Hospital #9; Regional Center of Cardiology; multispecialty private practice until 2002. After that, they joined RJ Blackley ADATC in 2011 as an Addiction Psychiatrist until 2017. In the same year, they also worked as a Psychiatrist at Psychiatric Associates of North Carolina from April 2017 to December 2018. From 2017 to the present, they have been working as a C/L Psychiatrist at UNC REX Healthcare. Recently, in 2018, they took on the role of Deputy Chief Medical Officer - Interim and Associate Medical Director at Alliance Health.

Nadiya Kaesemeyer, MD, FAPA completed their education in a chronological manner. Nadiya first attended Donetsk State Medical University 'M. Gorky' from 1988 to 1994, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in the field of Medicine. Following this, they pursued their residency programs in Internal Medicine at Royal Education World - Odessa National Medical University from 1994 to 1996. Lastly, from 2007 to 2011, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for a Psychiatry Residency Program.
