Maria Oppegard

Maria Oppegard, CPA, MSA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Maria most recently served as the Vice President of Accounting at Alliance HealthCare Services. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Alorica, where they managed customer management outsourcing solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, they worked at Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd as the Executive Vice President of Finance (CFO) and Vice President of Finance. In these roles, they led a global finance and accounting team and handled various responsibilities such as financial reporting, budgeting, M&A, and internal controls. Maria also served on the Board of Directors for Hitachi Solutions' international branches. Earlier in their career, Maria worked at SRS Labs, Inc as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) and at KPMG as an Audit Manager. At KPMG, they managed audit teams for public and private companies and collaborated with senior management on SEC filings. With their diverse experience in various industries, Maria brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their accounting and finance roles.

Maria Oppegard, CPA, MSA obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Accountancy at Wake Forest University from 1996 to 1998.
