Newton Prakash S has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Newton is currently serving as the Head - Industrial Practice at FirstMeridian Business Services since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Alliance Group from 2018 to 2021, where they held the position of Head - Talent Acquisition and later transitioned into a Talent Acquisition role.

Before joining Alliance Group, Newton worked at Ajira Consulting Private Limited from 2012 to 2018 as a Business Head. During their tenure at Ajira, they specialized in providing innovative recruitment solutions for Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Energy Practice.

From 2005 to 2012, Newton served at Adecco, where they held various roles such as Vertical Head, Practice Lead, Team Leader, and Recruitment Consultant. Newton was responsible for P&L, end-to-end hiring, business development, client management, and team building. Newton successfully handled greenfield projects for numerous Auto OEMs, Ancillaries, EMS, and Process Cos., and played a key role in developing a new team and grooming recruitment consultants.

Prior to their role at Adecco, Newton worked at Cold Point as the Management Representative & HR in 2004 and at Nadi Airtechnics Pvt Ltd as a Quality Supervisor from 2002 to 2004.
