Emily Ward

Emily Ward has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Emily started their career as a Front Desk Receptionist and Bartender at The Village Inn on the Lake in 2012. In 2014, they worked as a Production Supervisor at The Manitowoc Company for a brief period. Emily then joined Kohler Co. in 2015 as a Supply Chain Intern-Logistics. Emily continued their internship the following year as a Human Resources Co-Op. In 2017, Emily became a Human Resources Generalist - Rotational, working first in the Arkansas Faucets Operation and then in the Corporate Finance department. Emily was promoted to Supervisor - HR Services & Audited Programs in 2018. In 2019, Emily joined Alliance Laundry Systems LLC as an HR Generalist before being promoted to Manufacturing HR Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Lead.

Emily Ward attended Lincoln High School from 2009 to 2012. Emily then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and Human Resources, Operations and Technology Management at the Wisconsin School of Business from 2012 to 2017.
