Samantha Baker

Samantha Baker, MS, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources. Samantha is currently the Director of Corporate Human Resources at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC, where they provide coaching and consultation to managers and employees and works on projects related to organizational design, employee engagement, and compensation structure. Prior to this, Samantha worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at the same company, supporting different client groups. Before joining Alliance Laundry Systems, Samantha was a Human Resources Generalist at National Exchange Bank & Trust. Samantha also has experience as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources at Target, where they managed recruitment, hiring, and training of associates. Additionally, Samantha has been a Registered Yoga Instructor and co-owner of a yoga studio.

Samantha Baker, MS, SHRM-SCP, has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian University of Fond du Lac, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Samantha also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, Samantha has obtained various certifications, including SHRM-SCP from SHRM in 2018, and a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index in 2021. Samantha is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), certified by Yoga Alliance in 2017. Furthermore, Samantha has completed a course on "How to Hire, Retain, and Grow Top Millennial Talent" offered by LinkedIn in 2017.
