Darren Baker

Darren Baker has a diverse range of work experience in the financial sector. Darren is currently working as the Head of Product Office at Santander UK since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Risk Governance at Nationwide Building Society from 2018 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing governance frameworks for retail communities, conducting risk assessments, and providing executive-level reporting.
